ABOUT ME:
After a years long career in public relations that took me from NYC to Nashville, TN, I decided to move back to New York to pursue my dream of becoming a professional chef. I attended culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education (formerly the French Culinary Institute) while working as a bartender on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Following school, I worked and staged in some of the city’s most beloved restaurants before deciding to blaze my own path in private dining and recipe developent.
When I’m not busy in the kitchen, you can find me running around Central Park or behind the bar at Island Restaurant in Carnegie Hill.
I recieved my B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from Washington and Lee University before earning a degree in Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education.
